Our Commitment

Active Aging & Rehab Commitment
  • Provide all residents with a physiotherapy assessment to identify their needs, level of function and determine appropriate physiotherapy intervention
  • Provide physiotherapy treatment in the form of a group wellness class or individualized treatment
  • Provide all residents with a re-assessment every 6 months to update the physiotherapy treatment plan
  • Provide all new residents with a physiotherapy assessment within a week of their admission
  • Provide open and continuous communication with the management team of the residence to ensure quality care and optimal service for the residents and staff
